„KAI“ is a simple coat rack bench with a clear design made of birch plywood, creating an inviting atmosphere with its slanted seat. The lower section provides space for shoes. The design focuses on an efficient manufacturing process, with almost all steps being achievable using the „Striebig“ machine system. Even the grooves, needed to bend the seat at the right angle, are milled there. „KAI“ utilizes the entire length of a standard birch plywood sheet, measuring 2500 mm, to minimize waste.
